All articles, essays, recipes, photographs, illustrations, and curated picks published on Singles are the original work of the site's author/publisher (referred to here as "Singles") unless explicitly credited otherwise. This content is protected by copyright law automatically upon publication — no separate registration is required for that protection to apply.
What you may do
- Read, share, and link to pages on this site freely.
- Quote short excerpts (a sentence or two) with clear attribution and a link back to the original piece.
What you may not do
- Republish, redistribute, or reproduce full articles, recipes, photographs, or other content from this site — on another website, publication, social media account, or app — without prior written permission.
- Present any content from this site as your own work.
- Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-copy content from this site.
- Attempt to access, modify, or interfere with the site's admin systems or underlying data without authorization.
Accounts
Creating a reader account requires a valid email address. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. We reserve the right to suspend accounts used for abuse, spam, or attempts to interfere with the site.
Privacy Policy
What we collect
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored securely and never in plain text, via our authentication provider). We don't collect payment information, and we don't track you across other websites.
How we use it
Your account information is used solely to let you sign in and personalize your reading experience. We don't sell or share your personal data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
Third-party services
This site uses Supabase for authentication and content storage, and Vercel for hosting. These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security practices, but we don't grant them independent rights to use your data.
Your rights
You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by reaching out through the site.
